Highlights
- Amboseli is one of the epic national parks in Kenya, enables you to enjoy the neighboring culture of the Maasai people and the view of the tallest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro by nearby. In you game drive expects to see large numbers of African Elephants roaming around. Not only elephants but also girrafes,warthogs and different types of Zebras etc. Expect to enjoy some activities like bush dinner and balloon safaris.
DAY 1; Arrival In Amboseli
You will be picked from your respective destination and transfered to wilson Airport for departure to Amboseli National Park.On arrival in the full breeze of the escarpment of maasai, you will check in in tortilis camp.Later served with lunch.At exactly 1600hrs you will have a game drive where you expect to see number of elephants and if possible the lightly view of mount kilimanjaro as the sun set.
Back to the Tortilis camp on full board basis for dinner and overnight.
DAY 2 ; FULL STAY IN THE PARK
Early morning game drive for 2 hours for the view of the mountain on the snow and wild animals like zebra,girrafe,warthog and some species of birds idad ibbis.Back to the camp for breakfast and relaxation. After lunch you will have an opportunity to visit the nearby kiturwa conservancy or the Maasai village to interact with the locals.
Dinner and Overnight at Tortilis Camp
DAY 3; Half Day in Amboseli
After a peaceful breakfast you will proceed for a nature or bush walk, for the interaction with the epic nature of the African escarpment, expect to see some of the bushbucks and other small animals. Later back to the camp for lunch and check out.Transfered to the airstrip as you fly back in Nairobi.
